I missed the deadline to apply to graduate. What should I do?
If you missed the deadline to apply to graduate, we will do our best to accommodate. Please submit a Service Request on myStudentCentre via the My Service Requests tile as soon as possible.
If you are not cleared to graduate and do not complete the RSVP on Tassel by the May 27, 2026 deadline, you will not be eligible to participate.
What happens after I apply to graduate?
Once you have applied to graduate, the Office of the Registrar will evaluate your graduation eligibility. An audit is completed once final grades and standings are official, with the academic decision confirming your eligibility to graduate from program studies.
Eligible students who applied to graduate by the April 17, 2026 deadline will be cleared to graduate and will receive an email invitation to attend the Spring/Summer 2026 convocation.
All students who have been confirmed to graduate will automatically receive their Confirmation of Graduation (graduation/completion) letter by email once their credential has been officially conferred by the Board of Governors. This conferral process typically occurs several months after the official program completion date. Please continue to monitor your Sheridan email, as the team is actively processing all graduation applications.
