Ancillary fees are charged in addition to tuition and program fees. They support campus and student services provided at Sheridan.

Health Centre Fee

The Sheridan Student Health Centre (clinic at each campus) gives students access to medical care through nurses and physicians, Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Registered nurses provide non-urgent and urgent health care, provide health and wellness teaching, dispense minor medications and make referrals to community agencies on a walk-in basis and under medical directives. A psychiatrist and chiropractor are also available.

Career Centre Fee

The Career Centre Fee provides students with access to Sheridan’s Career Centre and EDGE Entrepreneurship Hub. This fee is split among Sheridan’s Career Centre ($3.50) and EDGE ($6.00).

Sheridan's Career Centre supports students exploring and clarifying their career and educational goals and developing essential skills, and provides opportunities to gain experience through Sheridan's Co-Curricular Record. The Career Centre prepares students to transition to the world of work (job search, resume and interview critique), and hosts a job board, mentoring and events to connect students to future employers. Our 1:1 appointments, events, workshops and programs support student career success.

EDGE Student Membership offers students access to the resources of Sheridan’s EDGE Entrepreneurship Hub. EDGE fosters career growth through the development of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship skills. Students can access hands-on learning, networking activities, and virtual and on-campus communities. EDGE also offers specialized resources to start and grow new businesses and non-profits including mentorship, industry advising, and in person and virtual learning opportunities.
