Program Updates

Sheridan is suspending some current programs as we evolve.

We are continually updating our programs to ensure we offer students the programs they need to succeed in a fast-changing world.

40 programs are being suspended

Currently enrolled students will have the opportunity to graduate from their programs.

No new first year students will be enrolled into these programs. As classes graduate from the programs, they will be closed.

  • Current students enrolled in programs at Sheridan will have the opportunity to graduate. Sheridan remains committed to delivering transformative learning. As current classes graduate from suspended programs, the programs will be closed.
  • If you’ve applied to a suspended program, we are in the process of notifying all applicants. Where possible, we are offering alternative programs that align with student goals and interests. For more details or personal assistance, please contact Student Affairs.
  • We are ensuring students enrolled in suspended programs have the opportunity to complete the program, in line with Ontario College regulations. Any students who have questions should contact Student Affairs.

  • Unfortunately, this means that you will no longer be able to apply or enrol in the suspended program. We encourage you to explore alternative programs that Sheridan offers. If you have any questions about your options, please contact Student Affairs .
  • Programs in efficiency review remain open for enrollment, while suspended programs will no longer admit new first year students effective immediately. As students graduate from suspended programs they will be closed.
