  • No. However, using BorderPass will provide you with a more complete, accurate and professional application that is reviewed and submitted by a Canadian lawyer. No one can guarantee that an application will be approved as that is subject to IRCC discretion.
  • If your study permit application is refused, BorderPass offers judicial review services through a Canadian lawyer to assess whether the decision can be challenged. Alternatively, we can support you with reapplying to address the reasons for refusal and improve your chances of approval.

As a result of Sheridan's partnership with BorderPass, judicial review legal fees will be waived for applicants that file their initial study permit application with BorderPass. You will only be responsible for paying government fees and a $50 administrative fee — saving you thousands of dollars from the traditional rate for these services, which can cost C$8,000–$10,000.
