As an experienced professor, I am an advocate of experiential learning. My expertise lies in undergraduate and graduate programs such as Project Management, Business Process Management, and Industrial Engineering. In addition to my academic experience, I have more than 15 years of hands-on professional experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Operations Manager. My skills have been honed working in IT, telecom, and manufacturing industries, where I have successfully managed various projects and operations.

As an Operations and Project Manager with extensive knowledge and experience, I specialize in creating, defining, improving, and monitoring business processes across different departments, including sales, contract administration, customer order handling, provisioning, KPI reporting, service assurance, customer service, incident management, IT/telecom asset management, and billing. My proficiency extends to managing intricate and diversified projects worth $300K to $5M in large-scale enterprises and research-based institutions.
