Mohammad Hosseini, Ph.D. PEng has over 19 years of experience in academia and industry. He received his first degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kashan in 2001 and a Master's and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Malaysia in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Mohammad was an academic staff at Taylor’s University for nearly a decade, where he co-authored 2 books, more than 40 articles in peer-reviewed journals and secured more than $150,000 in research funds. Mohammad is registered as a Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario. He was a noise and vibration engineer at Arcadis Canada Inc. before joining the Faculty of Applied Science and Technology at Sheridan as a professor.
