Sky Blue Endowment Fund

More than 140 varsity athletes play for Sheridan during the academic year. These students commit to daily practices, hold down full-time jobs, and excel academically. More than $100,000 is awarded annually in athletic scholarships to deserving student-athletes. Varsity programs provide students with a well-rounded post-secondary experience.

The Sky Blue Fund supports scholarships for Sheridan Bruins athletes who demonstrate excellence both on and off the field. Our athletes have taken home provincial and national titles in their history. And for 2018–19, 46 Bruins were recognized as members of the All-Academic Team — a provincial honour that celebrates academic achievement.

Celebrating our donors

The Sky Blue Fund donors are celebrated with a listing on the athletics web page, in the annual Varsity Yearbook, Sky Blue Brochure and Convocation guide, as well as on the donor wall where appropriate. A tax receipt is issued where allowable.
