The Centre for Indigenous Learning and Support is committed to providing services to support First Nations (Status/Non-Status), Métis and Inuit students' success. Here are some of the support services we provide:
Support for new and prospective students
If you're a new or prospective student, the Centre for Indigenous Learning and Support will help you transition into college life:
- We organize an orientation session at the beginning of each academic year.
- We can connect new students with a peer mentor at the beginning of each academic year.
- We can assist prospective students with their application and portfolios when applying to Sheridan.
- We can help you with your Pathways into Sheridan. Contact us for more information.

Elders are vital to Indigenous communities and our Centre offers you the opportunity to meet and connect with Elders for support, guidance and teachings.
