Wesley Skoczen is CAAI's Technologist, where he plays a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining the center's compute including advanced NVIDIA and DGX servers. A proud Sheridan alumnus, Wesley has dedicated over two decades to the institution, contributing significantly to its technological advancements and research initiatives. Throughout his tenure at Sheridan, Wesley has been instrumental in supporting Research at Sheridan and various research projects, particularly in the realms of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Notably, he co-authored the paper "MPI Enhancements in John the Ripper," which explores algorithms to enhance password cracking tools using the Message Passing Interface. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of technological advancements, Wesley recently earned the "AI Infrastructure and Operations Fundamentals" certification from NVIDIA.
