PGWP-aligned programs
On July 4, 2025, the Government of Canada released an update to the list of fields of study that are eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP). Fields of study that were removed from the list on June 25, 2025 have now been added back, and will remain eligible until early 2026.
Sheridan is actively processing these changes and will be in direct communication with any students who may be impacted by these announcements.
If you're interested in working in Canada after you graduate, please make sure your program aligns with the post-graduation work permit (PGWP) eligibility guidelines from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Based on the information currently available, the Sheridan programs listed below meet these requirements, and may allow you to acquire a PGWP after completing your studies.
Note: All bachelor's degree programs are PGWP-aligned with no field of study restrictions.
