PGWP-aligned programs
On June 25, 2025, the Government of Canada released an update to the list of fields of study that are eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP).
Sheridan is actively processing these changes and, over the next few days, will be in direct communication with any students who may be impacted by this announcement.
If you applied for a study permit before June 25, 2025, you will still be eligible for a PGWP if your field of study was on the list at the time of your study permit application.
If you're interested in working in Canada after you graduate, please make sure your program aligns with the post-graduation work permit (PGWP) eligibility guidelines from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Based on the information currently available, the Sheridan programs listed below meet these requirements, and may allow you to acquire a PGWP after completing your studies.
Note: All bachelor's degree programs are PGWP-aligned with no field of study restrictions.
