Sean is a Professor in the Pilon School of Business (PSB) at Sheridan College with a focus on industrial relations and collective bargaining.  Sean holds a Master’s of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Carleton University.

Prior to joining PSB in the role of an educator, he spent 13 years working as a human resources professional with a focus on labour relations.  Sean has held labour relations / human resources positions in a variety of sectors including municipal, postsecondary education, manufacturing, and health care.  He brings a wide range of experience to the classroom and enjoys the opportunity to engage with students and contribute towards their understanding of industrial relations.
